SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We ask for up to 2-5 Business Days (Monday-Friday), pending availability and credit verification, for preparing your orders and for these to be shipped.
During promotional sale periods, orders may take longer due to the higher volume of orders.
We do not ship on weekends or on local holidays. While we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, circumstances beyond our control such as delays from our shipping carriers, may affect delivery dates.
The delivery time will depend on your exact location and your preferred shipment choice.
You'll receive your tracking number once your order is being processed, with the email address you used at the time you placed the order. If you are not at home to receive your delivery a notice will be left by the carrier and your order will be left at your local post office for collection. You will need photo identification to pick up your parcel.

LOST PACKAGES
For Adélie is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact your local post office stating your tracking number and problem. We will do our best to help you in tracking your package. However, we are not responsible for lost packages showing confirmed delivery to the proper address.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at info@foradelie.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our office.
• Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM will begin processing that day and will ship within 2-5 business days.
• Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-5 business days.
• Orders placed on Friday after 12PM or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
• Orders are processed based on item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
• All periods are specified in business days
• Please note: during busy periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch or sale, there may be some delays.
• Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@foradelie.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
For international orders, there might occur duties or taxes billed by the destination country's customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
