We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept your return subject to the following conditions:
• Item/s must be returned within 15 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase.
• Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
• Selected items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event may be considered final sale and may not eligible for a refund or return.
• Custom pieces are non-returnable.
• Gift Cards may not be returned.
We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the customer's responsibility
For Adélie takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return packages remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

We try to process refunds daily but please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. Once we receive your package, we will undergo a quality review. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, we will issue credits back to the original form of payment and we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way.
All of our jewellery is hand-finished according to the highest standard and is quality checked before we send it to you.
In the unlikely case of a faulty item however, we will gladly exchange the product within 3 months of purchasing.
You will need to include your full contact details and address, order number and photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description.
Once our team has confirmed the return, please pack the item carefully and send it to the address above.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you in the same condition we received it.
If your jewelry is out of warranty and in need of repair, please get in contact with us! We offer repairs on almost all of our jewelry. Each case differs, so please email us at email@example.com with your order information and a photo of your jewelry. We'll then examine the problem and help you as best we can.
