RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your online purchase from For Adélie. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return or exchange the item you've purchased.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of your delivery.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Items are to be returned in original condition and packaging.
Custom pieces are non-returnable. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
For Hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and
after you will either receive your new item (for exchanges)
or a refund of purchase price via the payment method used during your purchase.

You will be responsible for arranging to have this product (s) returned to us and for any costs incurred.
Returns must be by trackable postal service, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us.
You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
All of our jewelry is handmade according to the highest standard and is quality checked before we send it to you.
In the unlikely case of a faulty/broken jewelry however,
we will exchange the products within 3 months of purchasing with the below information included:
- Your order #
- Your full name and address
- Pictures of the broken piece with a brief description
